Today turned out to be a bit of a waste of space. Mental note to self: You'll suffer if you drink that much, so don't do it. I must be getting old - I now get worse hangovers for the same amount of 'drunk'. Bah.

Anyway, the hangover is pretty much gone, so I'll be off to bed soon. I didn't get any work done today, which sucks as it means I'll have to work evenings for the rest of the week :/

Worse hangovers for the same amount of 'drunk' means your liver isnt all it used to be. So my mum says. I just ignore her and drink the same ;)

It depends what you were drinking, because the nasty things that make hangovers worse aren't the same as the alcohol. Which is why I tend to stick to vodka these days.

Bit of both I think. I was drinking lager - so lots of lovely impurities to screw my system up. And I have gone past the age where one's liver can regenerate from half its size in 24 hours (that's at about 18-20 or so) - so I think that's also part of the problem. I also had far too much to drink, scarily so given I was still hungover by Monday afternoon :(
