Played some CivIII but I wasn't really in the right mood ... played some AoEII, but got bored of that too - shoulda read a book or something I guess. I did win the game I played though. Then I watched the end of the Jubilee celebrations :) We tried to see if we could see the fly past go over Ipswich, but I think we went out a little late. We're going to watch A History of Britain later, so lots of TV for me today.

After dinner I came back online, and discovered there were more than 40 posts to read since about 2pm this afternoon!

Tomorrow will be weird, coz it's the first day I'm not working. Plumber's coming to fix the shower, and I gotta go find the job centre and sign on.

Is the job centre the building opposite the entrance to my work?

No idea, tbh. I'll find out I guess - what road is your work on?

Probably not, the info I have (the Dept of Employment in the phone book) is that it's on Portman Road. But up near the Civic Drive end of it, not opposite the football stadium. Who knows, though.

I'll probably ring the Dept of Emp and see if they are the people, and if not, who is. Coz they should know ;)

Yeah, it's the one on Portman Road, but the entrance is now on Hadsomething street ... and I managed to walk the entire way round a block before I found it. But still, I got there in the end.
